From June 17 to 21, 2026, Les Hauts de Sancerre will host a gastronomic event: a series of four-handed services devised by chefs Eddy and Arnaud Münster.
Father and son will unite their worlds around an original menu inspired by the three great terroirs of Sancerre - Caillottes, Silex and Terres Blanches - in a cuisine where seafood meets the identity of the Sancerre vineyards.
Langoustine, octopus, burnt pearly cod, lamb, seasonal fruits and subtle combinations will make up this culinary voyage imagined especially for the occasion.
