Solutions&co and the Comité Régional du Tourisme Centre-Val de Loire, whose identities and contact details are specified in the “legal notice” section, as the data controllers, process personal data for the purpose of managing the “La Loire à Vélo” website

This data processing is based on the legitimate interest of Solutions&co and the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Tourist Board in promoting and developing tourism on the Loire à Vélo route.

2. Data processed

The data processed is that which is entered via our contact form and our newsletter registration form. This data consists of the following: surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number. The data marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

In addition, users of the site may be associated with online identifiers such as IP addresses, cookies or other connection identifiers by the devices, applications, tools and protocols they use. These identifiers may leave traces which, especially when combined with unique identifiers and other information received by the servers, may be used to create profiles of individuals and identify them. 3. Data subjects

The persons concerned by the processing are

  • Visitors making a request via our contact form.
  • Visitors subscribing to our newsletter.

4. Data retention period

The data collected via our contact forms are kept for a period of one year from the last incoming contact for support purposes only. Under no circumstances may this data be used for commercial prospecting purposes.

Data collected via our newsletter registration forms is kept for a period of one year from the last time you opened one of our newsletters. Under no circumstances may this data be used for commercial prospecting purposes.

Personal data collected via cookies is never kept longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the cookie and, in any case, longer than 13 months.

5. Recipients of the data

This data is intended for Solutions&co and the Comité Régional du Tourisme Centre-Val de Loire, which are responsible for processing it, as well as for any subcontractors and partners.

The user acknowledges that he/she has been informed and accepts that his/her personal data may be communicated to the above-mentioned recipients.

6. Rights of the persons concerned

Any person concerned by a processing operation has the right to query, access, rectify, delete and port his or her data, as well as the right to limit the processing. Any data subject also has the right to object on legitimate grounds and the right to object to commercial prospecting. Furthermore, every data subject has the right to formulate specific and general directives concerning the conservation, erasure and communication of his/her data after his/her death.
