At 3pm, the Fête de la Science 2026 invites you to explore gastronomy and health issues. This conference looks at the issue of innovative and processed foods, analysing in particular their impact on the development of allergies. Researchers and enthusiasts will be sharing their knowledge of production methods and consumption habits in an attempt to define the food of the future.

From 5pm, it's time for music with the group Mauzz. This concert offers an original sound experience combining classical repertoire and daring improvisations. Open to the general public, this musical experience offers an immersion into a jazz universe rooted in the Mauges region, ideal for ending the day on a creative and rhythmic note.
