La Drain'Guette, your open-air guinguette at the Notre-Dame-du-Marillais water sports centre, is transforming itself over the long weekend into a veritable Parisian improvisation stage. This natural, shady site, popular with cyclists and hikers, is hosting a unique theatrical event with free participation (by the hat). An ideal opportunity to savour the creativity of live performance in a simple, relaxed atmosphere.
For four days, the guinguette has the pleasure of hosting the show "Bonjour Madame", brought to life by the talent of Chenny, Jeanne Chartier and Julie Galibert. All the way from Paris, these three outstanding improvisers will be taking up the challenge each day of creating instant, hard-hitting stories before the eyes of the audience. While the laughter is flowing, the 'kids' park' will be available for the youngsters to enjoy with the site's games and tractors.
To accompany this marathon of improvisation, the culinary offerings will vary each evening to delight every gourmet:
- Thursday and Friday (from 7pm): The "Complètement Food" foodtruck sets up on site with its homemade burgers.
- Saturday (from 7pm): It's the turn of 'Food Lulu' to treat fans to its galettes and crêpes.
- Sunday (from 6pm): The 'Boit'o'pates' foodtruck takes over to round off the weekend with fresh pasta.
These specialities add to the guinguette's usual menu of local drinks and aperitif platters, offering the perfect way to combine the pleasures of the taste buds with theatre on the water.
