La Drain'Guette, your open-air guinguette at the Notre-Dame-du-Marillais water sports centre, continues to liven up weekends under the trees. This shady site, well known to fans of La Loire à Vélo and walkers, has established itself over the season as a great spot for improvisation theatre in the West of France. By welcoming a number of troupes from different backgrounds for free performances, the establishment cultivates a simple and accessible artistic atmosphere.
For this Sunday's event, the stage welcomes local neighbours with the troupe "Les Fêlés du Buccal", from La Boutouchère, from 6pm to 7pm. The comedians will be taking up the challenge of creating instant, witty stories before the eyes of the audience. While the audience enjoys the troupe's repartee and local drinks, the "kids' park" remains open with its games and tractors for the enjoyment of the youngest visitors.
From 6pm, the "Le four qui roule" foodtruck will be setting up on the water sports base to serve its traditional fouaces. This new service is a welcome addition to the guinguette's usual range of aperitif platters, offering the perfect way to extend the evening in a convivial and gourmet way by the water.
