La Drain'Guette, located at the Notre-Dame-du-Marillais water sports centre, is offering a plunge into the heart of Sound System culture. This tree-lined, peaceful site, well known to fans of the Loire à Vélo, is being transformed to host a programme dedicated to Dub rhythms. With free admission, this evening is the ideal opportunity to discover the energy of the local scene in a natural, shady setting.
The programme is divided into two parts: from 5pm, Bandicoot HiFi takes control to set the mood, before giving way to Kandee Dub from 10pm to close the evening until 11.30pm. Between two sound sessions, visitors can relax over a local drink or the aperitif boards in the guinguette. The "kids' park" will be available for children to play freely with the site's tractors and equipment.
The Syrian Chawarma foodtruck will also be on hand. As well as the usual fare, you can enjoy kebabs prepared on site. It's sure to be a long, lively evening on the banks of the River Èvre.
