Romain Moreau's estate at Fief de Bel Air in La Varenne covers 8 hectares. Since 2020, all the vines have been grown organically.
Romain looks after his vines as naturally as possible. He works the soil mechanically and favours manual labour for the vines.
As he is keen to protect the environment, he has chosen to return his bottles and not to use labels on rolls.
This passionate winegrower welcomes you for tastings on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and the rest of the week by appointment.
