Rendez-vous aux jardins au Château de la Baronnière

Welcome to an authentic vegetable garden! An elegant 3,000m2 garden that's good for the environment and good for your health thanks to its biological balance.

Every year at the beginning of June, the Château de la Baronnière opens its doors to the public for the Rendez-vous aux jardins, a national event coordinated by the Ministry of Culture. It's a great opportunity to bring the whole family and find out what the château's owner has to say.

This year's theme is the 5 senses. At the request of the Ministry of Culture, we're working hard to open our gardens to the visually impaired. To mark the occasion, the Jardins de la Baronnière will be offering a guided tour adapted to the needs of the visually impaired, to give them a sensory experience of the site.

Every year in March, Anne du Boucheron prepares 2,000 seedlings from her vegetable and flower sowings in the pretty 19th-century greenhouse at La Baronnière, which she will be selling on the day.

You can stroll around and picnic all weekend.
