PROGRAMME
Day 1 :
- Making pieces assembled using colombins (clay rods stacked one on top of the other to make unique pieces). Time: ½ day
- Introduction to the potter's wheel (centring, clay mounting, etc.): Time: 1/2 day
Second day:
- Manufacture of plate-made pieces: Time: 1 day
By stamping: slabs of clay are made and then moulded in clay moulds,
By assembly: after drying the clay slabs, they are assembled to make geometric pieces.
Third day:
- Finishing the pieces made during the course. Time: ½ day
- Decoration with engobes (liquid white clay applied to the pieces). Time: ½ day
- The pieces from the course will be kept, dried, one part fired at 1000°, the other enamelled at 1280°. They will be returned one to two months after the course.
