Located 800 meters from the Loire, the transformation workshop and the shop are open all year long on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. It is possible to discover the fishing activity and visit the workshop for groups from 15 to 50 people by reservation. Degustation of fish products, rillettes and terrines during each group visit. For groups, a full day with a boat trip on the Loire and a meal with wild fish can be considered.
