The Parc de Bel-Air is a 1.5 hectare green haven in the heart of Montrevault-sur-Èvre! As the green link between Saint-Pierre-Montlimart and Montrevault, it runs between Avenue de la Croix-Verte and the Montrevault public secondary school, via Parc du Bordage and Raz-Gué, for a total route of 3.5 km winding between nature and the village.

As you stroll through the park, you'll have the chance to discover different styles of landscape: ornamental woodland, which aims to be aesthetically pleasing, and spontaneous woodland, which leaves nature more free.
You'll also find many species of tree, including plane trees, Lebanese cedars and senescent lime trees.
Finally, at the bend in the path, the ruins of the Bel-Air mansion will reveal themselves to you. With its Mediterranean architecture, it was built around 1872 and overlooks the rue de la Musse. It was finally abandoned by its last heiress in the 1980s, before becoming the property of the commune of Montrevault-sur-Èvre in 2022.

The park is open every day, with no set opening times.

- The gate will be locked only in the event of exceptional closure, particularly during bad weather.
