Come and share your thoughts and ideas about the eating habits and culinary traditions of our forebears. Do they still influence our own eating habits, and if so, in what ways? What did people eat at a time marked by the beginnings of a globalized market? How did it witness the emergence of industrialized products and brands, and by what means did they make their way into households?
We'll explore these questions together, using photos and documents from the period. Chronological boundaries should not be an obstacle, as the most important thing is to create a collective memory of family eating habits.
