Our shop, located at the exit of the wine cellar, is open throughout the year on:
- Wednesdays and Fridays from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Special opening hours from 7 July to 31 August
- Wednesdays and Fridays from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
- Thursdays from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Would you like to treat yourself to a tasting session exploring the history of our cheeses? We organise discovery and tasting workshops, lasting around 1 hour, by booking only, to give you a tour of our cave-based maturing facility and to explain how the maturing process affects the cheese.
Our prices: €10 per person (aged 12 and over)
Our workshops run with a minimum of 6 participants. To ensure the quality of our workshops, the maximum group size is 15 people. Participants will enjoy a 5% discount on their purchases following the workshop.
