Mai à Vélo

From May 1 to June 13, as part of the national “Mai à Vélo” campaign, the Val d’Amboise Community of Municipalities organizes a series of free events to promote gentler, more sustainable transportation among all residents of the area, regardless of their age or cycling experience.

May 6: Film screening and discussion on the theme of “Life Without Cars” from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM at the Limeray community center
May 12: “Mai à Vélo” booth at the Amboise train station
May 20: “Bikes and Biodiversity” ride from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, starting at Place Richelieu in Amboise
May 23: European Cycling Day on Île d’Or in Amboise
June 13: Participatory bike repair workshop from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Ressource’ Ribambelle and guided bike ride
