LA FERME DU DRÉLIF

The special feature of Ferme de Drélif is its breeding in the Briéron marshes. The farm’s logo is entitled “Eleveurs entre terres et Eaux” (“Breeders between land and water”) because our activity is linked to flooding. They punctuate the movements of our herd between flooded meadows and emerged pastures.” The farm has 250 to 280 animals on around 300 hectares. The Drélif farm is highly self-sufficient in terms of fodder (organic) and orders very little feed from outside sources. Farm products: beef, beef-based ready-made meals, beef pâtés and rillettes, sold on the farm (to order for the meat), at the market and at the Ruche à Pain farm (La Chapelle-Launay). Order from the Maison de Quartier d’Avalix (St-Nazaire). La Ferme du Drélif also sells other local organic farm produce: vegetables, honey, fruit, etc.
