Our farm is located in the Brière Regional Nature Park, in a voluntary reserve belonging to “Bretagne Vivante”. In this unspoilt environment, we strive to keep a rich natural heritage alive, by practising organic farming and enhancing the marsh meadows through grazing and mowing. We also help to preserve domestic biodiversity by breeding Breton Pie-Noire cows.
Our products
Tommes, pressed cheeses made from raw milk:
– The “young” tomme: soft and tasty, it is matured for at least a month.
– Old” tomme: very tasty, a little strong, matured for at least three months.
– Maigre” tomme: 13% fat.
– Grande tomme: mellow and fruity, it is also suitable for “raclette”.
Meat :
Breton Pie-Noire: 11kg boxes: assorted roasts, beefsteaks, bourguignon, pot au feu, minced steaks.
