At the Bergerie d’Orée, Elisabeth and David rear around sixty Lacaune dairy ewes, straight from the Aveyron.
On the family farm, the farmer raises her ewes using a sustainable approach and, above all, transforms all the milk into yoghurt, tommes and fresh cheeses in a range of flavours (plain, Mexican, garlic and fine herbs, shallots, spicy herbs).
She sells her products direct from the farm every Wednesday from 4.30pm to 7pm, as well as at the Barbechat market and in local shops selling local produce.
