L.A. MOUNTAINBOARD PARK

Mountainboarding? What is it? A hybrid machine, a mix of snowboard, skateboard and mountain bike, it can be used on all types of terrain: grass, dirt, tarmac, hard sand or skatepark. The L.A. Mountainboard association runs courses for beginners and advanced riders on its dedicated terrain in Rouans. 3 good reasons to try mountainboarding: a “natural” sport: mountainboarding is practised in the open air, on land that has been developed with the environment and biodiversity in mind. The buildings have been designed to minimise the impact on the natural environment. Accessible to all: whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, child or adult, mountainboarding is suitable for all levels. The association offers beginners’ courses for ages 6 to 99, in groups of no more than 8 people, to learn the basics of the sport. thrills: you can try out your first jumps on the small jumps and grinds on the 6m rail. For the more adventurous, the freestyle zone lets you take to the air on big air, gap, rails and the XXL maxi quarter!
