Journées Européennes du Patrimoine : Maison Julien Gracq

Organised on the initiative of the Ministry of Culture, the 43rd edition of the European Heritage Days will take place this year on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026, with two themes taking centre stage: ‘Photographic Heritage’ and ‘Heritage at Risk: Revive, Resist, Reimagine’.

Come and take part in the ‘Les Préférences’ literary festival at the Maison Julien Gracq from 15 to 21 September. The week’s programme includes round-table discussions, talks, readings, concerts, exhibitions and tours of the Maison. On Sunday, subject to booking, enjoy a one-hour reading cruise on a traditional barge at 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm.
