The gîte features a large living area as well as a private terrace and garden where you can enjoy the outdoors.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
There is a reception room and a guest room for three people on site.
For your comfort and peace of mind, the reception room will not be let out at the same time as your stay at the gîte.

Start with a day of outdoor activities with a kayaking trip with John Patach or LA Kayak, setting off from Champtoceaux or Oudon. Then enjoy a delicious cheese platter (which you’ll have picked up beforehand from the “Votre Marché” grocery shop in Bouzillé) at the top of Champalud to take in a superb view of the Loire. And round off the day with a river cruise aboard the boat La Luce.
The next day, head to Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, a ‘Petite Cité de Caractère’. Savour a local ice cream from A! Un Atelier de Gourmandiziène whilst taking in the magnificent panorama from Mont Glonne, before setting off to explore the village on a guided tour with La Clef des Sables.
