The gallery is located in the town of Sancerre, known for its vineyards and fine wines on the banks of the Loire River.

It showcases contemporary artists from around the world as well as local artists in four exhibitions per year.

Specializing in contemporary African art, in 2018 the gallery presented the utopian cities of Senegalese painter Mamadou Cissé and Hans Silvester’s photographs of the body paintings of the Omo people in Ethiopia.?
