Fat Wombat Brewing

At Fat Wombat Brewing, we offer Australian-inspired beers, as well as fizzy soft drinks and herbal infusions. Our beers are brewed using wild or mixed fermentation, inspired by farmhouse ciders and natural wines.

Fat Wombat offers a wide selection of products with distinctive and exotic flavours.

Among the beers, you’ll find:

- Pacific Ale: Australian pale ale, 5%
- Irish Ale: sour beer, 3%
- Furiously Witty: citrus-flavoured wheat beer, 5%
- Rye IPA: rye IPA, 5.5%
- Brown Ale 2025: a roasted brown ale, 5%

And a selection of non-alcoholic soft drinks:

- Sunset Pop: a hopped lemon and grapefruit lemonade (in partnership with Brasserie Tête Haute du Cellier)
- Ruby Pop: a sparkling infusion of hibiscus, rosehip (wild rose), elderflower, red and black berries
- Mellow Yellow: sparkling Sencha green tea with peach and apricot
- Tropicanade: lemonade with lemon, pineapple, passion fruit and mango
