Exposition 303 “L’appel du fleuve”

A new exhibition by the cultural magazine 303 explores the Loire through the eyes of thirty comic book artists from the region.

These graphic stories, taken from the magazine’s 2025 special edition, offer a variety of perspectives on the river, blending personal stories, science fiction, poetry and documentary.

The exhibition features 21 panels by 12 artists, covering subjects such as fishing on the Loire at Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, the river’s 1,024-kilometre course, the Loire of yesteryear and the return of the beaver.
