Located in the heart of the Loire Valley in Brissac-Quincé, Domaine de la Gonorderie has been in existence for four generations. Taken over in 2011 by François Plumejeau and Franck Davaid, the estate has 30 hectares of vines producing white, rosé and red wines that combine modernity with respect for the terroir. Known for its Anjou-Villages Brissac appellation, the village lies on the border between the Paris Basin and the Armorican Massif, giving it an extraordinary variety of soils: schist, limestone and weathering.
Domaine de la Gonorderie produces AOC wines: Rosé de Loire, Rosé d'Anjou, Cabernet d'Anjou, Anjou rouge, Anjou-Villages Brissac, Coteaux de l'Aubance.
The estate is open all year round for guided tours of the winery and vineyards, by prior arrangement, for groups and individuals (tours available in English).
