La Cueillette de La Mansardière is an organic farm where Gladys produces red fruit and medicinal plants.
The site boasts a breathtaking view of the Èvre hillsides and the Courossé cirque opposite La Boissière-sur-Èvre and La Chapelle-Saint-Florent. What better natural setting to take time out to pick strawberries and other berries with your family?
Red berries can be picked directly from the farm: strawberries from 2024, raspberries from 2025, then blackcurrants, redcurrants and bilberries in subsequent years. Picking will take place from May to July, depending on the fruit in production and the time of year.
As for the plants, the medicinal plants grown will be harvested and distilled by Gladys. The hydrolats (floral waters) and essential oils produced by the distillation process will then be sold locally in bottles.
