For over 20 years, the Art et Chapelles association has organised a contemporary art tour of chapels in Maine-et-Loire every summer. The aim is to breathe new life into religious heritage by combining it with contemporary art. This year, the tour runs from 27 June to 23 August 2026 in the Orée d’Anjou region, to the south between Nantes and Ancenis. It will take place in the towns of Drain, Liré, Bouzillé, Saint-Laurent-des-Autels and Saint-Remy-en-Mauges.
