Château of Chambord: the art of the superlative

The majestic silhouette of the most prestigious Renaissance gem, designed by Francis I, proudly stands in its estate covering an area as large as the city of Paris. Its architecture, probably in part the work of Leonardo da Vinci, never fails to captivate. But on top of this, Chambord also boasts an immense forest park with exceptional wildlife where stags and wild boar reign freely, a landscaped garden and six hectares of French formal gardens that were renovated in 2017. Above all, it offers a multitude of activities to discover.
