Château de la Pichonnière was born of a desire, hard work and passion. A former estate manager, Robert de Lamotte made his dream come true in 2009. Located in a sunny spot close to the Château de Brissac, his vineyards are planted with old vines cultivated with the greatest respect for the terroir and tradition. The winemaker produces the following appellations: Anjou white, Coteaux de l'Aubance, Crémant de Loire, Rosé de Loire, Cabernet d'Anjou, Anjou red and Anjou-Villages Brissac.
The estate is open by appointment only from Monday to Friday and during the end-of-year open house weekend. Tours of the estate with wine tasting are available by prior arrangement for groups of 10 to 40 people.
