Brasserie Will's is a microbrewery created by Guillaume, its brewer. Passionate about beer for many years, he honed his skills with master brewers before creating Brasserie Will's in 2015.
Today, Brasserie Will's is a place where quality, 100% organic craft beers are created and produced! As well as a year-round range of traditional beers, the brewer's speciality beers will introduce you to some original and surprising creations.
Guillaume, Benoît and Aurélie organise introductory brewing courses to help you learn the secrets of making beer. The little extra: you'll leave with your own beer a few weeks later!
