Imagine... cruising along the river at sunset... your engine idling, your only companions the scenery, the rustle of the wind in the willows, the song of the birds of the Loire and many other surprises...

And your taste buds won't be left out! With tastings featuring fish and CHENIN, the king of the Loire Valley grape varieties:
- CHENIN white wine in all its forms (dry, sweet, fine bubbles...)
- with toasts of Loire fish (pike or pike-perch with beurre blanc, rillettes of shad with lemon, smoked eels, etc.) and local cheeses.
All with commentary by a young winemaker from the Domaine de l'Envolée. This walk is part of the #FAN DE CHENIN network.
