Angers, late 1950s, at the Bon Pasteur prison. The prison climate is not unlike that of a modern-day remand centre. Sonia Chiambretto develops the theme of escape - already touched on in several of her texts. Here it takes the form of a race in search of emancipation, the only means of escaping authority and breaking free from norms. In this new work, each fragment of reality is woven together with the collective memory.
