Push open the doors of our medieval dwelling at the foot of the castle and discover the secrets of chocolate making and tasting tips with the in-house artisan chocolatier.
Different formats are available:
Introduce yourself to chocolate-making and create your own tablets, mendiants, etc. in a chocolate-making workshop lasting 1h30 to 2h (privatization possible for 5 participants or more), or take part in a 45-minute demonstration workshop to discover chocolate-making, the chocolate-maker's craft and a tasting of different great cocoa vintages.
