Accompanied by a facilitator from our association, a former baker will be sharing his expertise! For the occasion, the Priory’s bread oven will be lit and put to use. At the end of the workshop, each participant will take home their own bread rolls!
On the programme: an introduction to the bread oven and how it’s used, making bread dough and baking in a genuine old stone oven.
