45-minute qi gong and tai-chi-chuan workshops will be held between 9.30am and 5pm in the Salle de la Loire, Salle de Danse and Salle Simmertal.
Outdoor activities will also be available, weather permitting.
The day's activities are open to AIT members, but are also free to anyone wishing to discover or rediscover these disciplines over the course of the whole day or just a few workshops.
