It’s brand new, it’s the Maison du vélo!
Opened in July 2017, Maison du Vélo Tours Val de Loire is a multi-service cycling centre in Tours right next to the train station and Tours Val de Loire Tourist Office.
Why open the Maison du Vélo?
To improve the welcome for cycling tourists, both those visiting as well as local cyclists. In this innovative, friendly, connected and unique space you will find everything you need to prepare or improve your stay:
- Practical and tourist information,
- A workshop for maintaining or repairing your bike yourself,
- Left luggage lockers,
- Facilities for resting, eating or having a shower,
- A free station for charging your electric bike (or mobile phone) four times faster than with a standard charger, thanks to the region’s first e-bike charging station!
