Saumur Troglonature and Terra Sana are offering a unique sensory experience at the Jardins du Puygirault.
Take advantage of the day to reconnect with nature by immersing yourself in a world of over 1,000 plants. In this 2-hectare park, classified as a “remarkable garden”, take the time to discover plants with surprising scents. Our tour will take you back to the origins of vegetable and herb growing.
At 7pm, let yourself be carried away on a journey of sound.
These journeys promote deep relaxation and soothe the mind. They stimulate creativity and reduce physical and emotional fatigue.
For one hour, you’ll try your hand at body awakening exercises, breathing and vocal practices, accompanied by vibratory instruments such as Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes and singing.
This special evening, which must be booked in advance, is open to everyone aged 10 and over, so don’t hesitate to bring your children along for the experience!
