Three years after the death of their daughter, Anna is persuaded by her husband Mathias to sell their house. On the eve of the signing, as they return from the carnival, Anna tells Mathias that she has invited the future owners over for a drink. The story begins, of a meeting between two couples, those who are leaving and those who are arriving. A live drummer sets the rhythm and accompanies the incessant movements of the performers, who turn out to be as funny as they are touching. An ode to misunderstanding, slips of the tongue, psychological fragility and failure, this play paints a touching portrait of a woman in peril. It’s a high-voltage in camera show that combines humour, suspense and impossible love. Running time: 1H35 min. Ages 13 and up.
