"The Telharmonium is a fictional company that offers the dying the chance to create an Artificial Intelligence version of themselves, allowing the living to stay in touch with their departed loved ones. On her first day, a young call centre operator discovers the call centre and its strange connections between subscribers and AI. Clumsy as she is, she causes a glitch… and unwittingly awakens the ghost of her own grandmother."
