Bernard Colvert is a passionate ornithologist, a fervent defender of birds’ rights, but also a champion of disaster! Following the sudden death of his former chairman, he took over the running of the association “Un oiseau pour ami, un oiseau pour la vie”. His determination to do the right thing is matched only by his clumsiness. It’s a real obstacle course that he’s going to have to face to bring his conference to a successful conclusion. In many ways, birds inspire art. To honour them, Scènes de Pays is dedicating a weekend to them, with two events that are as surprising as they are inspiring… Join us in some of the Mauges’ most remarkable locations for a warm, artistic experience! Free admission _ The Bohardy Bridge Listed as a historic monument, the medieval bridge at Bohardy spans the river Èvre and for a long time served as a link between Anjou and the Nantes region. The discovery of a bronze axe under one of the eight arches of this 15th-century structure attests to the presence of humans in Bohardy around a thousand years BC.
