Bulles au Centre will be back for its tenth edition at La Charpente in Amboise, on July 19 and 20, 2025.
On the program: tastings and sales of products from 25 exhibitors from the Loire, Lorraine, Brittany, Normandy, Poitou…
Wines, ciders and perries, 100% méthode ancestrale: a single fermentation that ends in the bottle, no yeasting during production, no synthetic chemicals (from the vineyard or orchard to the winery), a very limited dose of sulfur (50 mg/l SO2 total max)
On-site snacks and crafts. Dinner with exhibitors on Saturday evening (reservation required).
Open to individuals and professionals.
