Taken over in 2024 by a passionate couple, L'Oudaya combines tradition and modernity: a warm setting, an attentive team and, above all, a cuisine that celebrates the richness of the Maghreb.

Homemade couscous, prepared with fresh vegetables, a fragrant broth and tasty meats.

Tajines* simmered slowly to bring out all their flavours and our tasty Méchoui* couscous with rack of lamb cooked for 4 hours.
