We offer a cuisine inspired by the “High Food Quality” in collective catering promoted by the Slow Food movement to which we adhere. Our cooks are committed to working mainly with fresh produce (80%), many of which is locally produced. An open space where guests of all ages, from all walks of life and from a variety of social and professional backgrounds, meet and interact.
