We work with raw ingredients, our food is homemade (apart from the homemade ice creams), and so are some of our drinks (such as our punches and arranged rums).
We work mainly with local farmers, market gardeners and producers.
We generally mix traditional metropolitan French cuisine with French cuisine from the West Indies (Martinique), Khmer (Cambodian) cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine, etc., but we can also offer classic French cuisine.
We like to have fun discovering new things and sharing them with our customers!
Our restaurant can seat 24 people inside, and 24 outside on the terrace beside the Loire.
