In Lannion, Brittany, music and song have been resonating since 1932 through the voice of the Petits Chanteurs. Every day, the young singers of the choir, enrolled in a specialized music and singing course at the St Joseph-Bossuet secondary school, work on their voices and a varied repertoire. The year 2024 was devoted to Brittany, with the recording of a CD and a tour to sing the ?Celtic Passion? This year, the choir and the associated adult choir are spending a week in Touraine. Accompanied by cellos and organ, a total of 85 choristers will offer a program of sacred and secular songs from the Renaissance, including Allegri?s ?Misere Dei, Deus? under the musical direction of François-Xavier Kernin.
