It all began in 1995, in a small village in Belgium...
Michel met Barbiot, an authentic and original brewer with a passion for beer. In the back of his garage, which had been converted into a makeshift brewery, he discovered the art and craft of brewing beer...

That's when it all clicked. A few months later, the first Bière Boole appeared.

A lover of distinctive, original beers, he continued to experiment, refining his recipes and improving his technique.

In 2017, to fully master this know-how, he took part in a training course to become a brewer and set up a craft brewery.

Today, he is delighted to introduce you to the Pico-brasserie de la Loire and invites you to come and share his passion... Over a Boole beer, of course!
