PARCOURS CENTRE VILLE

Dive into the heart of Angers town centre and try your luck at seducing the different species of carnivorous fish in the Maine. You can fish for pike, perch, pike-perch, catfish and asp from either bank of the river. Park your car at the Place La Rochefoucauld (free parking), just a few metres from the river, and walk along the right bank with your rod towards the Savatte slipway and the Front de Maine, or up towards Angers University Hospital. Don’t hesitate to look for fish along the quays and boats. There is also a slipway where you can easily launch boats or float tubes.
