In an effort to showcase the young winemakers of the Bourgueillois region, Florent Mounier invites Sylvain Botton to present his wines during an evening of exchange and sharing, as he navigates from table to table around seasonal cuisine. The Sylvain Boton estate comprises 4 hectares of Cabernet Franc grown according to organic farming specifications. A vineyard spread over the communes of Ingrandes de Touraine, Restigné and Benais, managed from vine to cellar to best express the diversity of Bourgueillois terroirs.
