Between the vineyards and the Loire, come and (re)discover all the good things the hillsides have to offer. 1 – A trip in a Volkswagen combis Your journey begins at the Domaine des Galloires. In small groups, Ernest and his gang of Volkswagen combis will take you to Champtoceaux. → Next stop: La Patache! 2 – Tour of the Loire by toue From this fishing village, you board a toue, the region’s emblematic boat, for a guided tour in the company of Giovanni from Détours en Loire. → Next stop: the beach, for an aperitif! 3 – Aperitif with your feet in the water You’ll be stopping off on the banks of the Loire for a 100% local aperitif. Enjoy a moment suspended in this wilderness and savour the refined bites from professional fishermen Arnaud and Amélie Guéret, paired with our wines. The tour continues: Détours en Loire picks you up on the beach and brings you back to dry land. Your faithful four-wheeled steeds are waiting to take you back to the Domaine des Galloires. → Next and final stop: the vineyards! 4 – A big meal in the vineyards The evening continues in our vineyards. Led by the good humour of the group The Dab’Dixie and the sound of New Orleans, meet up with all the participants and feast with us! Sylvain from the O’Malt brewery will be on hand to welcome you with his artisanal beer made with vine flowers. Enjoy a plate of goat’s cheese and vegetables prepared by Antoine from Ferme de la Blanchetière. At the top of the hill, the big table is waiting for you! On the menu: prime rib and chuck of beef straight from our farm. A PDO Maine-Anjou barbecue orchestrated by the experts at Fumerolle, who specialise in the art of smoking. Finally, a touch of sweetness with a dessert devised by David Gaborieau from l’Atelier du Boulanger. And when it comes to wine, it’s the Domaine des Galloires that’s the real treat! We’ll be suggesting wine and food pairings throughout the banquet.
