Situated at an altitude of 64 metres, this former windmill (13 metres high), which has lost its conical roof, dates from the second half of the 19th century.

The statue of Christ the King (5.60 metres high - 6,300 kg) and the altar, works in pink granite by the sculptor Jean FREOUR, were added in 1957. This monument, commissioned by the parish priest LEMAISTRE, was made possible by donations from the people of Lorraine and commemorates a Mission. Originally, the statue was to have had its arms in a cross, but the sculptor was technically unable to achieve this. The cross is 4 metres higher than the building.

The site has not been accessible since June 2024 (dangerous access).
