L’ARTOTHÈQUE GALERIE DE PRÊT

The Artothèque disseminates contemporary art by lending original works from its collection and organising regular exhibitions and activities, both inside and outside its walls. It is also a place to learn about and raise awareness of contemporary art. The two-month loan period allows everyone to build their own relationship with the work in everyday life, at home, at school or in the workplace. The collection: to date, the collection comprises over 1,300 works by more than 500 artists. All these works belong to the city of Angers.
